Flair, HHH, and Austin are all GREAT on the mic.. We know this.
But none were as exciting, as charismatic, or as good as the Rock Heel or Face.
The Rock knew how to keep you entertained and going, and he had the crowd in the palm of his hand with every promo.

You cant say anyone is better or not better than the other over a catchphrase, because if HHH and Flair besides the whooooo! was even clever enough to have character like the rock to make a catchphase they would have.
Rock is a natural on the mic.. Hence what he doing right now on the big screen.
Not to take anything away from the greats of Piper, hbk, HHH, Austin, Edge, Ultimate Warrior <--- kidding..
I just Think Rock takes this hands down, no contest.
