Spilková turned professional and joined the Ladies European Tour in 2011. She finished tied sixth in the 2013 ISPS Handa Ladies European Masters, setting a personal best for a tournament finish on the LET. She had another sixth-placed finish at the 2014 Turkish Ladies Open.
