Ryan Melcher biography
Ryan S. Melcher serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of the Company. Prior to joining the Corporation, Mr. Melcher worked for PHH Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange listed company (“PHH”), where he was most recently Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from January 2018 until February 2019, following the acquisition of PHH by Ocwen Financial Corporation in October 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Melcher served as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of PHH since October 2013. Prior to joining PHH, Mr. Melcher was an associate and subsequently counsel in the corporate department of the law firm Lowenstein Sandler LLP from 2004 to 2013.
