Richard B. Saltzman serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Saltzman has been a Director of the Company since July 2003. Mr. Saltzman is a member of the Executive Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. Mr. Saltzman currently serves as Chairman of the Board of NorthStar Realty Europe Corp.
