Richard B. Handler serves as Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Mr. Handler is President and a director of Landcadia Holdings II, Inc., a publicly listed special purpose acquisition company sponsored by us and Fertitta Entertainment, Inc, and he previously served as Co-Chairman and President of Landcadia Holdings, Inc., from 2016 – 2018. Mr. Handler is Chairman and CEO of the Handler Family Foundation, a non-profit organization that focuses on many philanthropic areas, including providing 4-year all-inclusive fully-paid college educations each year to 15 of the most talented and deserving students coming from challenging backgrounds and circumstances. The Foundation also works to protect the environment by protecting endangered species, primarily endangered wolves. Mr. Handler also serves as the Chairman of the Global Diversity Council at Jefferies. Mr. Handler received an M.B.A. from Stanford University in 1987 and a B.A. in Economics (magna cum laude, High Distinction) from the University of Rochester in 1983 where he also serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
