Rajiv Krishan Luthra is Non-Executive Independent Director of DLF Ltd. He is the Founder & Managing Partner L&L Partners (formerly Luthra & Luthra Law Offices), one of the largest law firms in India. He possesses more than three decades of experience in advising clients on a range of commercial transactions, including infrastructure projects in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, People’s Republic of China, Nepal and Nigeria. He successfully handled various disinvestment, privatization and restructuring assignments, working on some of the largest mergers in Indian corporate history. He has to his credit a number of publications in national and international professional journals and magazines. Mr. Luthra serves on numerous committees and advisory bodies. He also serves on the Board of Network18 Media & Investments Limited, TV18 Broadcast Limited, Mylan Laboratories Limited, VLCC Health Care Limited and other companies.
