Food is vegetarian and largely vegan, with a focus on plant-based recipes. Gohil is of Indian and Kenyan heritage, and Devi’s globetrotting recipes are inspired by the food of India, ancient Persia, the Middle East, North Africa and the Eastern Mediterranean. Signature recipes include a Peshawari cauliflower qorma and a dish of avocado served with turmeric, charred corn makki ki roti and Aleppo lime butter. Among the desserts, diners at Devis’ can tuck into gulab jamun sweets with meringue, pistachio ice cream, rose water and sumac. Devi’s vision for a casual dining location also encompasses natural wines from female wine producers.
