Dr. Michael E. Tarnoff M.D. serves as Independent Director of the Company. Since June 2019, Dr. Tarnoff has been Chair of the Department of Surgery and Surgeon-in-Chief at Tufts Medical Center and Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Tarnoff has been a surgeon at Tufts since 2001. Dr. Tarnoff was Chief Medical Officer at Medtronic from January 2015 through August 2019.
