YouTuber Vikkstar, who is best known as a member of the social media collective The Sidemen, has just got engaged.
The 26-year-old from Guildford, England, announced the news on Instagram and Twitter.
He posted two adorable photos of himself getting down on one knee in front of Dubai’s seven-star Burj Al Arab hotel.
In the caption, he wrote: “We’re engaged! ❤️ These years together have been magical, here’s to many more 🥰.”

Who is Vikkstar’s girlfriend?
Vikkstar’s girlfriend is a woman called Ellie Harlow.
Nothing is really known about her and she is not in the public eye.
She only has a few hundred followers on Instagram and has her account set to private.
In a YouTube video posted in February 2021, Vikkstar revealed why she isn’t in any of his videos, saying: “Well the simple answer is, she doesn’t want to be. She’s not really interested in having lots of followers.”
“I quite like it as well because I like that there’s some part of me that isn’t on YouTube,” he added.
The pair keep their relationship very private. However, she has featured on the YouTuber’s Instagram on many occasions.
Meet Ellie on Vikkstar’s Instagram
We don’t know exactly how long Vik and Ellie have been together, but she first appeared on his Instagram in April 2020.
He posted a photo of them both in front of an plane and wrote in the caption: “Throwback to simpler times last year with my amazing other half🥰.”
So, the pair have been dating since at least 2019.
He posted another photo with her in September 2020 and wrote: “Low quality photo, high quality couple.”
The next time she featured on his Instagram was in April 2021.
Ellie and Vik posed on a bridge in London and she sported a matching Burberry scarf and bag.

On Twitter, fans are congratulating Vik and Ellie on their engagement.
One person wrote: “When tf did this happen?!? How did I not know THE Vikkstar had a girlfriend??? AND NOW THEY’RE ENGAGED???!!??!? Congrats tho very happy for u.”
“VIKKSTAR GOT ENGAGED !!! IM GONNA CRY IM SO HAPPY FOR HIM,” said another.
A third person added: “It’s gonna take me like another week to process that Vikkstar is ENGAGED CONGRATS VIK.”
