McDonald’s UK is running a limited-time promotion that helps you get a free 2023 Halloween Squishmallows toy with their Happy Meal.
TikTok users are currently enchanted after seeing what a few fellow users got in their McDonald’s Happy Meal recently. The food chain which recently brought back its Boo Buckets for the 2023 Halloween also has spooky-themed toys in its autumn release plans. Their forthcoming spooky holiday release is called the McDonald‘s Halloween Squishmallows. Here’s everything you need to know about them.
TikTok users show off McDonald’s Halloween Squishmallows
The Halloween Squishmallows have caught the eye of TikTok users after recent videos surfaced on the platform. First, it was user ‘greeremily’ who showed off the adorable toy she got with her Happy Meal. The TikToker had got the toy of a black colored-cat named Stumpy.
Then a second platform user ‘angelbeechloe’ showed off her toy. The TikToker revealed that one can get bats, cats, and vampires as a toy before showing off their bat squishmallow.
McDonald’s has now released more details about their latest Halloween promotion and turns out it’s only available in the UK.
McDonald’s UK is hosting a prize draw for the new toy
On their website, the food chain notes that their Halloween Squishmallows toys promotion is only available for a limited time at 11-59 High Road, East Finchley, London’s McDonald’s restaurant.
All UK residents aged 18 and above (including residents of Northern Ireland) can participate in the promotion. However, McDonald’s employees and those working on the promotion are barred from entering.
The promotion will officially start on Wednesday, October 11, and will go on till October 25. You should have opted-in to receive McDonald’s newsletter emails. You will get a link to enter the promotion in their Qualifying Newsletter that will be sent out starting Oct 11. Please note that every entrant will only get one prize draw and can only win one prize.
The winners for the promotion will be announced a day after the closing date which is Oct 25. More details on the same are available on McDonald’s official site.
Despite the promotion’s official start date being Oct 11, some internet users were able to get their hands on the toy sooner.

One user who also got the toy early said: “I got one yesterday looked cute I was surprised to see an actual squishmallow in there.”
“OH MY WORD!!!! Is this in the UK? looks like we will be having a lot of happy meals,” a second surprised user commented.
