Kelly Rakowski biography
Kelly E. Rakowski serves as Group President and Chief Operating Officer, Strategic Talent Solutions of the Company. Rakowski joins the AMN team from Premier, Inc., where she was senior vice president of advisory and collaborative services. In this role, she led advisory services to healthcare organizations' operational transformation, population health, clinical quality and safety improvement. Previously, Rakowski also led healthcare consulting groups with several large firms, including EY/Capgemini, GE Healthcare, Accenture and Xerox. Rakowski has a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Rochester and a master's degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan.
