Kathleen M. Mazzarella serves as Independent Director of the Company. She has served as Chairman of Graybar Electric Company, Inc. (Graybar), a distributor of electrical, communications and data networking products and provider of related supply chain management and logistics services, since January 2013 and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Graybar since June 2012. She previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from December 2010 to June 2012. Ms. Mazzarella joined Graybar in January 1980, and has held increasing roles of seniority, including Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing and Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Strategic Planning. She has served as a Director of Graybar since January 2004. Ms. Mazzarella served as a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis from January 2015, and as its Chairman from April 2016, until December 2019. Ms. Mazzarella also serves on several other private company boards. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from National Louis University and her Masters of Business Administration from Webster University.
