He is a life-long entrepreneur with ownership interests in numerous business enterprises including start-ups and recent turnarounds. Mr. Henry is also president of Paragon Tube Corporation, a manufacturer of steel tubing, headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He also serves as President of Hartzell Realty Corporation. Mr. Henry brings to the Board, among other skills and qualifications, extensive experience in management and finance as well as 15 years serving on the Board of Directors of Tower Bank & Trust.
