JEMMA Lucy has proved you can work out anywhere by putting herself through a gruelling exercise session in a residential car park.

The reality star was spotted working up a sweat as she practised her squats, lunges and skipping in Manchester.

Jemma started with a quick jog to warm herself up, running past some flats to an open area in the car park where she could start her workout.

She then made sure she completed some stretches to make sure she didn’t injure herself during her exertions.

Holding on to a gate, she showed off her peachy bum as she squatted low to the ground before repeating the exercise.

Jemma later stretched out her legs, raising one high onto the railing before leaning forward and gently massaging her muscles.

She wrapped up after her workout was over however, throwing a pink jumper over her shoulders to keep out the cold.

Jemma may have needed to clear her head, as her vigorous workout came just one day after her girlfriend Chantelle Connelly revealed their romance was fake.

But on last week Chantelle revealed the whole thing was a show-mance, writing on her Facebook page: “Just to let everyone know the whole me and @jem_lucy relationship was [a] laugh since the papers started it we rode it and had the last laugh.

“I ain't a lesbian.”
