Jack Meachum Car Accident: Head lacrosse coach for Carmel High School Jack Meachum passed away after a fatal vehicle crash on Tuesday night. According to sources, Jack Meachum, 31, died as a result of injuries he sustained in the car accident.
At the intersection of State Road 38 and Six Points Road in Sheridan, deputies from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-vehicle incident. They arrived to find Meachum’s SUV in a ditch and another vehicle on its side by the side of the road.
Meachum was found to be deceased there. Brennan Smith, the 26-year-old Sheridan resident who was driving the second car, passed away from his injuries not long after being taken to an Indianapolis hospital.
