In a viral video, Alex Stein defends his attempt to heckle AOC by saying, “She really liked me”

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, also known as AOC, was recently jeered by right-wing social media influencer Alex Stein as she walked up the Capitol. The latter captured the incident on camera, which quickly went popular online.

Later, Ocasio-Cortez tweeted the footage and criticized the heckler for his inappropriate behavior. Also indicated by the representative was her readiness to “deck” the man and take matters into her own hands. She was nevertheless halted by an assistant, at which point she made a sarcastic peace sign for the camera.

I wrote about a dreadful incident that occurred today on the Capitol steps, but I removed it because it was obviously someone looking for extreme fame.

Working for a company that openly permitted this is unfortunate, but bringing it up simply invites more. Simply really sad.

Stein responded by thanking Ocasio-Cortez for turning him become a Twitter “hot topic.” The politician did not want to strike him because she “liked” him, he claimed, adding that he had tried to make her “uncomfortable”:

“She is lying about wanting to strike me, I just wanted to call her out and make her uncomfortable, just like she stated she wanted to make Brett Kavanaugh uncomfortable.” She thought I was great.

With his remarks, Alex Stein disappointed a number of individuals, and many of them criticized him on social media.

After taunting AOC at the Capitol, Alex Stein has received a lot of reaction

Recently, Alex Stein came under fire for booing U.S. Representative AOC and said that she admired him despite his questionable acts. Stein himself recorded a video of the incident in which he is seen angrily harassing the congresswoman.

The man was heard saying as Ocasio-Cortez walked up the Capitol stairs wearing a beige dress:

My favorite big-b**ty Latina is you. AOC, you are my favorite and I adore you. She wants to murder infants, but she is still gorgeous. Your appearance is stunning in that clothing. You seem incredibly seductive. On AOC, check out that b**ty.

You would have at least tagged me if you actually loved me.

Ocasio-Cortez once started to approach Stein but was stopped by a supporter. Before leaving the location, she was spotted giving the camera a mocking peace sign.

Shortly after, Stein defended his conduct by claiming that his goal was to “uncomfort” AOC and that she “liked” him. As a result, some social media users criticized him on Twitter for his actions.

@AOC Sorry, but this is utterly repulsive. Many people find inspiration in your strength. I appreciate how hard you work.

@AOC Going to work shouldn’t require women to be protected. We inhabit a distinct reality where we proactively plan to reduce the likelihood of being attacked. Men need to acknowledge this and consider their actions.

Even to those with whom you disagree, don’t be a douche. Harassing women because of their political beliefs is the fastest method to make a left-wing person more left-wing… I have no idea who this guy is, but he’s a jerk. Avoid being a jerk.

@alexstein99 How honestly will you rank this specific contribution to humanity when you are in your sixties and you reflect on your life’s work?

Ocasio-Cortez criticized Stein on social media as the criticism kept coming in online. She first called him out for spouting “disgusting filth” in a post that featured a picture of his face. The protester added that a cop “allowed him continue” after the incident took place in front of him.

AOC, however, removed the tweet and explained that she did so because the piece concerned a person who was “chasing radical celebrity.” She expressed her unhappiness in working for a company that “openly” permitted the behavior as well, but she added that discussing it further would simply “encourage more.”
