Gauge Howell, an athletic and one of Superior Off Road Race Team has reportedly passed away following his involvement in a fatal accident, according to multiple reports.
Gauge Howell death was announced on social media by Superior Off Road Race Team official Facebook page. In lenghty message, they wrote;
We wanted to let everyone that doesn’t already know that we will be stopping life support on Gauge Sunday Morning. His injuries are just more than he can overcome and have any chance of a quality of life. 😭😭😭😭😭😭. This absolutely breaks our hearts as he has impacted so many lives. Gauge Howell will have one more chance to make a difference in several more people lives by donating his organs to people in need. This is what he wanted and that’s a small part of why he will always be our and so many peoples hero.
We would love for any and everyone that can come and honor him in his WALK OF HEROS at sacread heart medical center in Spokane. We will line the halls as he takes his last journey to the O.R to donate his organs to others in need. This is planned to take place at 10am Sunday 8/27/2023. If everyone comes in the main hospital entrance and head to the 2nd floor. This will be the adult ICU and they will line us up from there. This is the tentative plan as of now and I will change if we need to. Thanks to everyone that has reached out and showed support in so many ways. RIP Gauge Howell You will always be our hero.
Gauge Howell Spokane Death and Obituary Update
Gauge Howell obituary and funeral arrangement are still pending. Gauge Howell died from a catastrophic head injury received in a tyre explosion during a racing event.
Despite his brave efforts, Gauge died from his injuries while on life support. The horrific occurrence has put a gloom over the racing world, with tributes flooding in from all directions.
Gauge’s tenacity and unrelenting attitude were his defining characteristics. He approached obstacles and losses with the same zeal that propelled his accomplishments.
Gauge distinguished himself by his ability to adapt, learn, and grow in the face of hardship. His humility demonstrated the importance of collaboration, and he openly acknowledged the help he received from mentors, teammates, and loved ones.
