Despite being the mere starting area in Tower of Fantasy, the region of Astra has much to offer regarding exploration, including a total of 24 Gold Nuclei scattered across the island. While a few of these Nuclei can be found in plain sight, the majority of these collectibles require Wanderers to open a Supply Pod or solve an environmental puzzle. Such puzzles in Tower of Fantasy include Tar Pits, Chow Chow Plants, and Kerosenia. The term “puzzle” might sound intimidating to newcomers, but they need not fear. Once players have solved one puzzle type, they have “solve them all,” meaning that the solution is always the same, requiring no additional effort.
Nonetheless, Tower of Fantasy fans must still be diligent in ensuring they find every Gold Nucleus location in Astra. This accomplishment is necessary to advance the region’s World Exploration progress bar, which offers valuable rewards, including Dark Crystals, a Mighty Mushroom, the exclusive Conqueror Outfit, and the Astra Cartographer Title. After all, 24 Gold Nuclei is equivalent to 24 free Special Order pulls in the Choice Weapons standard gacha banner.
While the minimap does display small icons if Wanderers are close enough to the point of interest, finding every Gold Nucleus in Astra is undoubtedly a challenging task in Tower of Fantasy. Fortunately, YouTube content creator Gaming with Abyss has provided the community with footage clearly demonstrating where every Gold Nucleus of the region can be found. For further guidance, players can refer to the index below.
