Ms. Rogers was Chief Executive Officer of Johnson Publishing Company, a publishing and cosmetics firm, from 2010 to 2017. During the period of 2009 to 2010, Ms. Rogers was The White House Special Assistant to the President and Social Secretary under the Obama administration. Prior to this post, Ms. Rogers served as the President of Allstate Social Network for Allstate Financial, a personal lines property and casualty insurer. Ms. Rogers is a member of the boards of directors of World Business Chicago, The Economic Club of Chicago, The Conquer Cancer Foundation, Donors Choose and Inspired Entertainment Inc., and is formerly a member of the board of directors of Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc.
