Dennis Chi Wai Tam is a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, Director of Maple Peak Investments Inc., Executive Director of MelcoLot Limited since July 2013; Group Finance Director of Melco International Development Limited since September 2006; a Director of Alpha Peak Leisure Inc. since June 2011 and Chairman and CEO since March 2012. Mr. Tam obtained a Diploma in Operations Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 1991, a Master of Practising Accounting from Monash University in 2000, a Doctor of Philosophy from Washington Intercontinental University in 2004, a Finance Program for Senior Executive degree from Harvard Business School in 2004 and a Graduate Diploma in English and Hong Kong Law from the Manchester Metropolitan University in 2006. Further, Mr. Tam obtained a Certified Management Accountant designation from the Institute of CMA in 1998 and a Certified Public Accountant designation from the Institute of CPA Australia in 2000.
