Daishyera Chanel Marie Garner, 22, of Bowling Green, a Western Kentucky University student, has passed away following her involvement in a fatal two-vehicle accident on Campbell Lane.
According to Ronnie Ward, the public information officer for the Bowling Green Police Department, the incident occurred on Friday at 5:15 p.m. in the vicinity of the 800 block of Campbell Lane, near Fields Drive.
According to police, upon the arrival of officers, a pedestrian was discovered at the scene.
According to Ward, Daishyera Chanel Marie Garner, a 22-year-old resident of Bowling Green, was taken to a local hospital and tragically pronounced dead.
According to the police, alcohol or drugs are not anticipated to have played a role in the incident, and as of now, no charges have been filed.
