Bad Thinking Diary Chapter 51 will show us the inside of Hyera as we finally get to learn her side of the story. It was clear from the start that she would be the antagonist of the story, but her reasons had not been made clear. She looked like a force of nature that liked to do things just because she felt like it.

However, if that were the case, she would not have been obsessed with tearing apart Minji and Yuna. She had made sure to get in between the two over and over again. Damaging not only their relationship but also the friendship that they had since high school. Other than appearing Enigmatic, she had not done anything out of character.

However, we will soon learn why she is the way she is, and it will rewrite our perception of the story as we know it. We have seen it happen before with Yuna as her side of the tale is told, and we learn things from her end. But will we feel more sympathetic towards Hyera after that?

Bad Thinking Diary Chapter 50 had Yuna carry Minji and leave the bar where they had just talked with Hyera. Hyera was annoyed with that sight and wanted nothing more than to tear their relationship apart. However, her efforts are in vain for this, as the two are now together and closer than they were ever before.

She was teased by her friend for getting hurt over this, which made her flip at her for her condescending attitude. Hyera had left the job of keeping the two apart from her but was aggravated that she did not. And that was the start of Hyera’s monologue about why she has been doing things throughout the series and the main reason behind it.

We get the first glimpse of how she sees herself and what her worldview is, which is nothing short of wrapped up. The readers have been able to decide there was something morally wrong with her. And after getting a short glimpse at her character, everyone is sure that she is indeed corrupted and maybe beyond reproach.

Hyera planned to use her from then and there by coercion and seduction. And the best way she could think of was by using her as a wall in Minji and Yuna’s relationship. Making it so that communication between them would become hard.

But none of it worked, and the two girls are together with more affection for each other than before. And as that becomes the case, Hyera twists to the light and why she wants them (especially Yuna) to suffer. But will her backstory bring to light her pettiness or something more?
