Cleo from 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days is talking about her journey as an autistic and trans model and how fruitful modeling is as a job to her. The 32-year-old Cleo is from Italy. She stays in London where her online boyfriend Christian has come to meet her. Cleo and Christian met on Instagram where her comic timing impressed the Minnesota man. Christian and Cleo started off as friends but four months before he flew to the UK, they began a romantic relationship. But Christian often fails to take into account that Cleo is trans and autistic when he takes her out on dates and interacts with her.
Autistic introvert Cleo has concerns about dating Christian who has only dated cis women before her. Her relationship troubles with Christian mean Cleo doesn’t get the time to talk about her achievements or history on 90 Day Fiancé. However, Cleo mentioned that she works as a model in England during her intro so, a fan asked her, “What are some challenges in modeling? And how long have you been at it?” during an Instagram Q&A. “People assume it’s just an easy job, or that all you get to do is catwalking. It takes a lot to build your portfolio,” Cleo shared. One has to put in a lot of work and attend so many castings. Cleo does a lot of commercial jobs too.

“While you build your portfolio, especially when you are starting off like myself (I started 1 year ago) you will still need a part time job on the side if you want to make ends meet,” Cleo explained. She doesn’t see the profession as competitive. Cleo also feels modeling as a trans person is “great.” It’s because as per Cleo, it doesn’t really involve a lot of task switching and prioritizing of tasks, nor does it involve having to chit-chat or having surface-level conversations. If she talks
to other models, they normally talk about deep things. It’s not like Cleo spends all her time modeling, Cleo is also a student. She is studying for an MSc in Psychology.
Cleo’s accent on 90 Day Fiancé raises a few eyebrows because she doesn’t sound British enough to viewers. Cleo has explained that it’s because she’s from Italy. The content that Cleo consumes also affects the way she speaks. Cleo is a multifaceted personality. She’s passionate about the zodiac as well. Cleo is using her recent 90 Day Fiancé fame well at the same time. She’s growing as an Instagram influencer. But at the moment, it’s Cleo’s relationship with Christian on the show that’s garnering attention. After much hesitation on Christian’s part, he finally decided to be intimate with Cleo. But eventually, he denied making love to Cleo even if she told the cameras that they had a blissful night together.
Christian has left Cleo feeling manipulated. Everything that happened between Cleo and Christian had given Cleo the certainty that they are a couple. However, their accounts not matching on camera means Christian is still affected by his family having a negative reaction to his dating a transgender person. It remains to be seen how Christian’s behavior will affect the future of their storyline on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. While Cleo’s relationship continues to go through emotional turbulence, her career is, fortunately, still making progress.
